The room we had included a safe box, multi-channel television, and a microwave. This hotel was set in a central area next to Ecuador National, both the city's historic center, and Otavalo / Cotacachi. It also was to Mariscal market.

Thoroughly enjoyed Quito, the hotel was charming in a good area. The breakfast had plenty of options: cereals and fruit. The location of the property was great - at a medium distance from Plazanaya. The whole experience was truly memorable from start to finish, do recommend.

Had a such great stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. There were individual, warm rooms with double bed. The great location was close to Selfie Club Disco. Local markets and a market were right next door.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the new town of Quito. Firstly, the hotel is located in a safe area, close to a huge supermarket and the bustling Mariscal market, making it convenient for all my shopping needs. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms, whether on the interior or in the upper floors, were in excellent condition and kept immaculately clean. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was truly impressive. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel accepted American Express, making payment hassle-free and convenient for me. With such value for money, it was a great deal having breakfast included as well.
All was perfectly fine during my stay at this hotel.

It is a wonderful small property located in La Mariscal district very close to La Mariscal and La Floresta, Otavalo/Cotacachi and the bus station. The stuff are exceptionally nice, overall. Make sure you stay in the family double room with private bath, the patio.

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to a huge supermarket and in a safe area. The staff is extremely accommodating and caring, making the stay in this hotel wonderful. They go out of their way to help you, even making juice from fruits you bought! The breakfast is very tasty with a variety of options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a homey atmosphere to make you feel welcomed. The hotel also has a nice patio and seating area to relax in.
The only downside is that sometimes you may have to wait a while for the shower to become hot.

The location was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help you with anything you needed. The owner spent over 2 hours with us our first morning in town helping us buy a new laptop since ours was damaged during our flight. When our tour to Cotapaxi was cancelled a staff member made arrangements for a driver to take us there and be our guide for the day. The place was clean and had hot water and wi-fi. There's a grocery store a few blocks away and the hotel let us store food in their fridge. We also stored a bag there for 3 weeks while we went to the Galapagos Island.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh juice and tasty pastries. The location was great, close to popular attractions and easy to get around.
The room size was a bit small, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Additionally, we occasionally had to wait for the hot water to come on, although this seems to be a common issue in the area.
